Privacy Policy

This policy explains how we handle personal data under the UK GDPR and the EU GDPR.
1. Who is responsible
The data controller is Miguel A. Taboada Míguez (Unmedia), a sole trader, of Rúa Mestre Chané, 6, 36206 Vigo, Spain. Contact: hello@dreamclip.uk.
2. What we collect
- Account: your email address and, if you sign in with Google, your name.
- Your content: the prompts you write, the files you upload, and the videos generated.
- Payments: handled by Stripe. We keep a record of purchases (pack, amount, date) but never your card details.
- Technical logs: IP address, browser and request details, kept for security and fault-finding.
3. Why we use it

We do not use your data for advertising and we do not sell it.
4. Who handles it for us

5. International transfers
Some providers are outside the UK and the EU, notably in the United States. Where that happens we rely on an adequacy decision or on safeguards such as the UK International Data Transfer Agreement (IDTA) or the EU Standard Contractual Clauses (SCC).
6. How long we keep it
- Uploaded files: 7 days.
- Generated videos: 30 days.
- Server logs (IP address and request details): 14 days, in daily log files.
- Your account and prompts: until you ask us to delete your account.
- Billing and accounting records: 6 years.
7. Your rights
You can ask us to access, correct, delete or export your data, to restrict or object to its use, and to withdraw consent where we rely on it. Email hello@dreamclip.uk. You can also complain to the UK Information Commissioner’s Office (ico.org.uk) or to your local data protection authority in the EU.
