Terms of Service
Last updated 8 November 2026
1. Who we are
DreamClip (dreamclip.uk) is run by Miguel A. Taboada Míguez (Unmedia), a sole trader, of Rúa Mestre Chané, 6, 36206 Vigo, Spain. VAT number: ES36092129T. In these terms, “we” and “us” mean that person. By using the service you agree to these terms, our Acceptable Use Policy and our Privacy Policy.
2. Your account
- You must be 18 or older to use DreamClip.
- You sign in with Google or an email link. Keep access to that account secure; you are responsible for what happens under it.
- We may block an account that breaks these terms or the Acceptable Use Policy.
3. Credits and payments
- You buy credits in packs and spend them to generate videos. Prices are shown including VAT.
- Credits never expire. They are a prepaid right to use the service, not money, and cannot be exchanged for cash or transferred.
- Payments are handled by Stripe. We never see or store your card details.
- Credits are delivered to your account immediately. Before you pay, we ask you to confirm that you want them now and that you lose your 14-day right to cancel once they are delivered (Consumer Contracts (Information, Cancellation and Additional Charges) Regulations 2013, regulation 37). After delivery, credits are not refundable.
- If a video fails to generate, the credits for it are returned to your balance automatically.
- Nothing here limits your statutory rights.
4. Your content
- You own the videos you generate, as far as the law and the rights of others allow. We claim no ownership of your prompts, uploads or videos.
- You are responsible for what you upload and generate, and for having the right to use it. You must follow the Acceptable Use Policy.
- You give us permission to process your prompts and files only as needed to run the service.
- Uploaded files are deleted after 7 days and generated videos after 30 days. Download anything you want to keep before then.
5. AI provider
Videos are generated by a third-party AI provider (Replicate, in the United States). Your prompts and uploaded files are sent to it for that purpose. Results are produced by AI, can be unpredictable, and may not match what you expected. See the Privacy Policy for details.
6. Availability
We aim to keep DreamClip running, but we give no guarantee that it will be uninterrupted or error-free. We may change or withdraw features, and we may do maintenance without notice.
7. Liability
- We do not exclude liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, for fraud, or for anything else the law does not allow us to exclude.
- Otherwise, our total liability to you is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim arose.
- We are not liable for indirect or consequential loss, or for loss of data, profit or business.
8. Governing law
These terms are governed by the law of England and Wales, and the courts of England and Wales have jurisdiction. If you are a consumer living elsewhere in the UK or the EU, you keep the protection of the mandatory laws of the place where you live.
